The data controller is required to act promptly and, in any case, within one month of receiving your request. This period may be extended by two months, if necessary, considering the complexity of the requests. Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, you can lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, or with the authority that performs its tasks and exercises its powers in Italy, where you have your habitual residence, place of work, or if different, in the Member State where the violation of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) occurred, as also indicated in the Privacy Policy.
